Mr. Yin Htwe Thet graduated with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and worked as a Professional Engineer in Singapore and China for ten years, on projects such as Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore and the Beijing World Trade Centre. He returned to Yangon in 1993 to start Central Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (“CEC”), an M&E contracting company, and participated in various high-profile development projects. Due to Mr. Yin’s extensive overseas experience and his emphasis on international standards, he is widely respected in the engineering business circle. Mr. Yin serves as Chairman on Pinnacle’s Board of Director.

Previously, Wilson Lee was head of ThreeSixty Estates Management, a subsidiary under the UAE royal family-funded Tamouh Group, focusing on property and facility management. He set up Pinnacle’s Yangon office in 2012 and has secured numerous projects in Myanmar. He currently serves as the company's Managing Director.

Mr. Kitazawa graduated from Tokyo with a Bachelor of Engineering (Architecture) and moved up the ranks in Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd. from a project manager to Chief Engineer to General Manager. He subsequently relocated to Tokyu Jakarta, Indonesia, in 2004 as an advisor for the company’s new market. Thereafter, Mr. Kitazawa became a director and consultant for Guangzhou Ehkyu Building Engineering & Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., China, for six years. Mr. Kitazawa brings to Pinnacle his vast experience in design-and-build consultancy services for Japanese companies setting up factories and other businesses in foreign countries.
